Shipping and Receiving
- We only accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase. Please contact us by email before sending out your item(s).
- You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchanges. The Herban Cannabis Company is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
- If your order was received, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 4 business days upon receiving. We will then send you a pre-paid return label for the return. Once the return is received, the correct and complete items will be shipped.
- Please contact us before so we can verify stock/sizing on your item(s).
International Shipping & Orders
- Any import duties, or tax fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer
The Herban Cannabis Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
